1- First of all, check all the apps which may running at the background of your laptop and turn them off that may be eating your battery life.

2- We also advice to enable battery saver in your laptop which will turn on when battery level will reach 20%

3- Brightness mode should be lower down

4- Don’t forget to put your laptop on sleep mode while not in use

5- When battery is not being used for long then it must be removed from the laptop

6- Shut down video players and cloud storage services while not in use.

7- Bluetooth and Wi-Fi can also be shut down while not being used.

8- Discharge a lithium-ion battery to about 40 percent and store it in a cool place for extended storage

Usually it does not harm your device but having the battery plugged in overnight may reduce the battery’s capacity so it is not recommended to do so as overcharging also reduces battery life.

Frequent charging also can be a reason to reduce the battery life and specially when a battery is being plugged and unplugged frequently it will not be appropriate for battery condition.

Buyer can follow the RMA procedure by contacting our customer care department and return the products within 30 days if defective.

3- Goods must be returned within 30 days of time after you purchased the Goods from us

4- All product and accessories must be in good condition along with proper packaging provided by the manufacturer

5- Missing any accessory in the goods will not be accepted by our warehouse

6- Return shipping fee must be borne by the buyer

7- White storks will not bear any cost regarding the returning of the Goods

8- Must include UPS code if available, manual, wires and cords etc.
